He didn't have to spend any, because the taxpayer paid for everything so when leaving office he has 3.2 million, not counting all the "donations" given to him. I wonder is that $400,000 a year for the President, taxable income?

I think he had to buy his own coke stash.
Yes he is taxed.

3.2 mill is not enough to get a home in DC, Hawaii, California, and Dubai.
