The World Bank is allowing Kabul to use the Afghanistan Reconstruction Trust Fund (ARTF), financed by American taxpayer money estimated in the billions, to pay for “dysfunctional” projects and possibly even “ghost workers,” a U.S. watchdog agency announced Wednesday.

...U.S.A.I.D. met with the Senate foreign Relations Committee (a bunch of dirty thieves themselves) and begged for MORE, MORE, MORE U.S. tax dollars.

AND NOT EVEN ONE republican senator questioned U.S.A.I.D. - in fact they preaised them for their "good works."

I expect the democrat thieving rats to redistribute our money to foreign nations but I thought at least ONE bastard republican would call out U.S.A.I.D. for what they are.

By the way, that committee is headed by the hypocrite Lyndsey Graham - another COMMUNIST in conservative clothing.
